Homesage.ai Launches AI-Powered Comps to Accelerate Property Valuations

Advanced AI technology delivers instant, accurate property comparables to automate due diligence for real estate professionals.

Real estate professionals need instant access to accurate property valuations to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced market.”
    — Blaze Dimov, CEO of Homesage.ai

WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Homesage.ai today announced the launch of its AI-powered comps feature, designed to automate property valuation for real estate investors, realtors, and lenders across the United States.

The new capability delivers instant, comparable-property analysis by processing hundreds of data points from multiple sources, reducing valuation time from hours to seconds.

The real estate industry continues to face challenges with traditional property valuation methods, which rely on manual research and subjective analysis. As transaction volumes increase and market conditions shift rapidly, professionals require faster, more accurate tools to evaluate properties and make informed decisions.

A basic traditional comp analysis typically takes 30 minutes or more and remains prone to human error and bias.

“Real estate professionals need instant access to accurate property valuations to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced market,” said Blaze Dimov, CEO of Homesage.ai. “Our AI-powered comps eliminate the guesswork and manual research from property valuation, giving investors, realtors, and lenders the confidence to move quickly on deals with data-driven insights.”

The AI-powered comps feature analyzes recent sales records, property features, neighborhood trends, and market conditions to identify the most relevant comparable properties.

The system processes data from listings, public records, and proprietary sources, using machine learning algorithms to match properties based on location, size, condition, and other critical attributes.

Key capabilities include automated data aggregation from multiple sources, intelligent filtering to identify truly comparable properties, real-time market updates to reflect current conditions, and customizable criteria to refine analysis for specific use cases.

The platform generates clear, actionable reports with visualizations, enabling users to make informed decisions without requiring technical expertise.

The feature serves multiple real estate scenarios, including setting optimal listing prices for properties, evaluating investment opportunities with accurate return projections, supporting loan underwriting with reliable valuations, and negotiating transactions with transparent, data-backed reports.

Users can access AI-powered comps through the Homesage.ai dashboard or integrate the functionality via API endpoints for seamless workflow.

The launch builds on Homesage.ai’s recent advancements in property-intelligence technology, including upgraded AI models for Property Condition Analysis and Renovation Cost Estimation.

  • Senn Fortis Unveils Top Five Legal Trends to Watch in 2026

Senn Fortis Unveils Top Five Legal Trends to Watch in 2026

Denver firm offers expert insights on how AI, commercial real estate volatility, employment law changes, tariffs will redefine next year’s business landscape

DENVER, CO, UNITED STATES, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — As businesses head into 2026, a handful of powerful legal and economic forces are poised to reshape the landscape in Colorado and beyond. Partners at Senn Fortis have identified five key trends that companies need to watch closely: the risks and realities of AI-generated contracts; ongoing distress in commercial real estate; new employment regulations around artificial intelligence and biometric data; significant shifts in zoning and land-use policies; and the growing role of tariffs in contract negotiations. Together, these developments present both fresh opportunities and complex challenges for businesses navigating the year ahead.

    Beware the AI-Generated Legal Contract

Senn Fortis attorneys report a growing trend of clients turning to generative AI tools to draft contracts or legal documents. While AI can help streamline workflows, the firm warns that using AI to draft legal documents can often create significant and costly legal exposure.

“Our clients are sending us documents for review that look polished but include fabricated legal concepts, misstatements of the law, and inconsistent provisions,” said Matt Pluss. “It’s the legal equivalent of WebMD, giving people the impression that they have expertise but leaving them at risk from things they may not fully understand,” he stated. Pluss cautions that attorney review remains essential to ensure legal accuracy and protect clients from risk. “While AI can generate a document, an AI-generated product has the potential to cause significant legal issues.”

Commercial Real Estate Challenges Continue, But Opportunities Arise as Well

Senn Fortis expects Colorado’s commercial real estate sector to remain under strain throughout 2026. Key contributors include the prolonged downturn in office space, continued challenges for retail development, and rising financial pressure on property owners. With office leases continuing to expire, many tenants are downsizing or exiting commercial space altogether, compounding the downward pressure on an already weakened market.

“Commercial real estate is in real distress. Downtown office buildings are selling for a fraction of their previous value,” said Dave Camp. “Banks are still ‘extending and pretending’—giving owners more time instead of foreclosing—but everyone is watching for the moment a major lender breaks rank. We anticipate that one significant foreclosure could set off a domino effect.” Still, Camp sees bright spots and emerging opportunities ahead, noting that developers with vision and guts are scooping up bargains. “Despite continued struggles in the Downton Denver Business District, Uptown is beginning to see progress on some substantial residential projects,” he continued.

Employers Should Prepare for Colorado’s AI Act and Biometric Data Compliance

Employment attorneys at Senn Fortis anticipate a significant increase in employer inquiries related to artificial intelligence, primarily driven by the upcoming Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act, which takes effect February 1, 2026. As the nation’s first law of its kind, the Act regulates private-sector use of AI systems and aims to mitigate the risk of algorithmic discrimination in high-risk applications.

As more employers collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, facial scans, or voiceprints, they’ll need to be vigilant about complying with the Colorado Privacy Act, which enforces stricter consent requirements, limits mandatory participation, and imposes stringent data-handling and deletion obligations.

“Employers will need to carefully navigate this new regulatory landscape to ensure their use of AI tools in hiring and biometric data usage is compliant with the law,” said Christine Lamb. “I’m advising clients to proactively address these requirements to avoid legal pitfalls and maintain workforce trust.”

Zoning and Density Battles Will Intensify in 2026

Senn Fortis’ attorneys expect massive shifts in Colorado’s land-use and zoning to be a defining theme in the coming year. The expansion of accessory dwelling unit (ADU) rights in Denver, which allows most homeowners to build ADUs, and changes to parking requirements that no longer require new or renovated buildings to include a minimum number of parking spaces, will change development across the state.

“We’re seeing the push for higher-density development collide with long-standing zoning expectations,” said Jeremy Rothstein. “The fast expansion of ADUs, combined with allowing retail and apartment projects with minimal or no parking, is likely to spark friction and potential legal challenges.”

The new administration has also slowed or reversed several Biden-era green infrastructure incentives, so the firm’s real estate partners expect municipalities to scale back building sustainability initiatives in 2026.

Tariffs May Prompt Changes to Force Majeure and “Acts of God” Clauses

Tariffs and resulting supply chain disruptions may affect parties’ ability to fulfill contractual obligations. As a result, Senn Fortis attorneys anticipate that in 2026, commercial real estate contracts will more frequently include explicit language addressing tariffs, supply chain delays, and associated cost increases within force majeure and “acts of God” provisions.

“New tariffs have the potential to reshape markets and commercial relationships,” said Jon Nash. “Next year, it will be key for businesses that anticipate tariff impacts to proactively review and update their standard contract terms in an effort to manage risk and clarify obligations before disputes arise.”

ZYNC Reports 80% Revenue and ARR Growth in 2025 as Demand for Secure, Automated Payor-Portal Access Rises

Record ARR and market expansion across health systems, DSOs, and RCM partners as demand for secure, automated payor-portal access accelerates.

2025 was a defining year for ZYNC”
    — Bo Hamrick, Founder and President of ZYNC.

CARROLLTON, GA, UNITED STATES, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ZYNC Announces 80% Revenue Growth in 2025 as Demand Accelerates Across Healthcare, DSOs, RCM, and Automation Markets

ZYNC, a leading provider of intelligent payor-portal access and automation solutions, today announced 80% revenue growth in 2025, marking the strongest performance in the company’s history. Growth was driven by rapid adoption of its flagship platform, ZKeep, across enterprise health systems, Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) firms, and an expanding network of automation and AI technology partners. As payor organizations strengthen digital security and access controls, healthcare leaders are increasingly prioritizing automation to safeguard portal access, reduce manual workload, and improve Revenue Cycle performance.

The company also reported that ARR increased approximately 80% year over year in 2025, while net new recurring revenue added grew more than 200% compared to 2024, reflecting accelerating adoption and expanding production capacity across customer segments.

ZYNC’s momentum reflects increasing demand for centralized, secure, and automated payor-portal access as healthcare organizations face rising administrative complexity, stricter compliance requirements, and expanding multi-factor authentication (MFA) mandates across payor systems.

“2025 was a defining year for ZYNC,” said Bo Hamrick, Founder and President of ZYNC. “We scaled responsibly, expanded into new healthcare segments, and demonstrated that ZKeep solves one of the most persistent operational challenges in healthcare, while also becoming foundational infrastructure for automation-driven workflows.”

    2025 Growth Highlights

    • 80% ARR Growth
ZYNC increased ARR approximately 80% year over year in 2025, driven primarily by recurring subscription expansion across healthcare, DSO, RCM, and automation partner segments.

    • Net New ARR Acceleration
Net new recurring revenue added grew over 200% year over year, reflecting increased sales velocity and stronger contribution from new customer growth.

    • Enterprise Healthcare Expansion
New customer wins across large U.S. health systems managing thousands of users and credentials across hundreds of payor portals.

    • DSO Market Acceleration
Expanded deployments with national dental support organizations, with ZKeep now active across 3,000+ dental locations.

    • RCM & Automation Partner Momentum
Increased adoption by revenue cycle, automation, and AI partners leveraging ZYNC’s secure API framework to improve processing throughput, reduce credential friction, and scale automated workflow improvement where MFA portal complexity exists.

    • Product Innovation
In 2025, key platform enhancements included Smart MFA controls, Team and role-based access creation and controls, and Notifications—enabling streamlined, targeted communication across the ZKeep user ecosystem, supported by robust API capabilities.

    Powering Secure Access at Scale

Healthcare organizations increasingly manage hundreds of payor portals and thousands of users, creating a significant operational and security burden. ZKeep centralizes credential management, automates secure access, and abstracts payor variability for both human users and automated workflows. As a result, provider organizations gain confidence and peace of mind knowing that access is continuously governed, ensuring former employees can be promptly and systematically removed from payor portals, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to PHI post-employment. Additionally, credentials are securely encrypted and obfuscated within ZKeep, preventing direct visibility by end users and further strengthening the organization’s overall security posture.

“We’re not just improving logins, we’ve built a secure ecosystem that eliminates credential friction and access risk at scale,” said Jason Thomas, Chief Commercial Officer at ZYNC. “ZKeep simplifies secure portal access for both internal teams and external staff, enabling healthcare organizations to operate faster, safer, and with greater confidence.”

    Looking Ahead to 2026

Following its strongest year to date, ZYNC enters 2026 focused on sustainable, infrastructure-led growth, supported by high retention, expansion within existing accounts, and deeper adoption of automation and AI. Planned investments include strategic channel partnerships, go-to-market expansion, and continued innovation across automation, AI, analytics, and compliance reporting.

    About ZYNC

Founded in 2019, ZYNC is a healthcare technology company delivering the industry’s first intelligent gateway for payor-portal access. Its flagship platform, ZKeep, centralizes credential management, automates secure access, and enforces compliance across payor systems supporting both human users and automated workflows. ZYNC is trusted by hospitals and health systems, DSOs, revenue-cycle vendors, and automation partners to reduce administrative overhead, mitigate credential risk, and enable secure access to ePHI at scale.

figoca Launches Free AI Card Grading App for Instant PSA-Style Grade Estimates

Upload photos and get an instant probability range on a PSA-style 1–10 scale—free, no signup, works on any device.

Collectors shouldn’t have to guess before spending money on grading. Our free AI estimate helps you decide faster and submit smarter.”
    — Nico Meyer, Founder of figoca.com

UNSTRUT-HAINICH, GERMANY, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — figoca today announced the release of its Sports Card Grading App, a free, browser-based tool that helps collectors estimate a likely PSA-style grade range in seconds before paying for professional grading. Users can snap photos or upload images of a trading card and receive an AI-generated probability distribution across a PSA-style 1–10 scale.

The tool is designed for quick pre-check decisions—whether a card is worth submitting, which cards to prioritize, or what condition issues may affect outcomes. The workflow is simple: collectors upload front and back images (and optionally corner close-ups for improved accuracy), then the AI evaluates key condition factors including centering, corners, edges, and surface. Results are returned instantly as a grade likelihood range and distribution.

figoca’s Sports Card Grading App supports a wide variety of card types, including major sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey) and popular TCG categories like Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering—covering both vintage and modern cards. The AI can analyze up to 10 images per card submission to improve estimation quality when detailed close-ups are provided.

The company emphasized transparency and responsible use: the output is an AI-powered estimate for educational purposes only and is not an official grade, nor is it affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any grading company.

In addition to the new grading estimator, collectors can use Card Price Comps on eBay to check real sold prices, and the Expected Value Grading Calculator to model grading costs and potential returns before submitting.

The city has selected SportsMan Solutions To Exclusively Lead the Effort Around City Parks & Facility Sponsorships & Naming Rights

Programs like this align civic priorities with private investment, allowing partners to contribute to meaningful projects while expanding their reach and relevance.”
    — Ryan Patrick | Community Advancement Advisor

LAMPASAS, TX, UNITED STATES, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The City of Lampasas has announced the launch of a comprehensive Naming Rights and Sponsorship Program across several of its most visible public venues, marking a new step in the City’s approach to public-private partnerships. The City has selected SportsMan Solutions, a national firm specializing in municipal and public-facility sponsorship development, to guide and manage the initiative.

SportsMan Solutions brings extensive experience working with cities, school districts, and community organizations nationwide to create sponsorship programs that generate sustainable revenue while preserving the character and mission of public assets. The partnership is designed to support Lampasas’ long-term infrastructure and programming goals while deepening engagement with local and regional businesses.

“With a history dating back to the 1800s, Lampasas is known for its mineral springs, historic landmarks, and signature community events,” said Bailey Carter of Lampasas Parks & Recreation. “Each year, thousands of visitors come to our city for events like Christmas on the Creek and Spring Ho. This program allows us to thoughtfully leverage that visibility to reinvest in the places and experiences our residents value most.”

Among the first major opportunities introduced are Naming Rights and Sponsorship partnerships for the 580 Sports Complex and Rodeo Arena. The 580 Sports Complex serves as a hub for Lampasas County youth sports and year-round community activity, located within a footprint that generates more than 625,000 annual impressions, according to 2024 TxDOT AADT data.

The sponsorship initiative aligns with the City’s long-range planning efforts, including the comprehensive plan adopted in 2021 and developed by Halff Associates. That plan emphasizes proactive investment in infrastructure, services, and neighborhood quality to support continued population growth and long-term community vitality.

Additional sponsorship assets will include opportunities at Hanna Park and Campbell Park, a citywide community and pedestrian bridge program, and other customized partnerships across Lampasas.

Ryan Patrick, who is leading the sponsorship and naming rights initiative on behalf of the City, emphasized the program’s broader marketing and community impact.

“This isn’t limited to signage at a single venue,” Patrick said. “Lampasas offers an integrated environment facilities, wayfinding signage, digital mapping platforms, and high-traffic corridors that allows sponsors to become part of the daily community experience. When done right, these partnerships create visibility, relevance, and real community alignment.”

Public-private partnerships of this nature continue to gain traction nationwide as municipalities seek innovative ways to fund improvements and enhance public amenities.

“Strong partnerships allow cities to advance priority projects while giving organizations a meaningful platform to support the community,” Patrick added. “When interests align, everyone benefits.”

The City of Lampasas will begin the program by engaging local chamber members, existing vendor partners, regional businesses, and community organizations, ensuring local stakeholders have the first opportunity to participate. Select opportunities may later be extended to regional and national brands. Sponsorships will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Bones Is Back® Wins Two Prestigious Parenting & Toy Industry Awards

Bones Is Back® Wins Two Prestigious Parenting & Toy Industry Awards

Award-Winning Halloween Book & Toy Set Honored by Mom’s Choice Awards® and NAPPA for Kindness, Inclusion, and Family Impact

ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, January 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Bones Is Back®: A Family Tradition for Halloween, the interactive book and toy set that is redefining how families celebrate Halloween, has received two major national honors from leading parenting and toy industry organizations.

Bones Is Back has been named recently a Gold Award Recipient by the Mom’s Choice Awards® (MCA) and a 2026 NAPPA Award Winner in the Kindness and Inclusion category by the National Parenting Product Awards (NAPPA)—two of the most trusted and influential award programs serving families, educators, and retailers worldwide.

    Gold Award Recipient – Mom’s Choice Awards®
Bones is Back is a Gold Award recipient of the prestigious Mom’s Choice Awards® (MCA). It evaluates products and services created for children, families, and educators. The program is globally recognized for establishing the benchmark of excellence in family-friendly products and services. The evaluation process uses a proprietary methodology in which entries are scored on a number of elements including product quality, design, educational value, entertainment value, originality, appeal and cost.

2026 NAPPA Award Winner – Kindness & Inclusion
Bones Is Back was also honored with a 2026 NAPPA Award in the Kindness and Inclusion category. Presented by the National Parenting Product Awards—one of the longest-running and most trusted programs in the parenting industry—this award recognizes products that inspire creativity, learning, and positive family values. “Our core mission at NAPPA Awards is to celebrate companies and products that bring joy, that teach, and that promote kindness and inclusion,” said Elena Epstein, Director of NAPPA Awards. “We’re delighted to welcome Bones Is Back to the NAPPA Awards family.”

A New Kind of Family Tradition
Bones Is Back is a one-of-a-kind book & toy set designed to transform October into a month-long family tradition. The set includes a 40-page, full-color hardcover children’s book and a patent-pending, glow-in-the-dark skeleton toy featuring 14 movable joints, designed for safe, hands-on play. Unlike traditional holiday characters with “hands-off” rules, Bones is intentionally designed to be touched, played with, posed, and taken on adventures, encouraging creativity, connection, and positive behavior. While Bones Is Back was created as a month-long October tradition, many families choose to keep Bones out and enjoy him year-round, extending the storytelling, play, and family interaction well beyond Halloween. Bones Is Back stands apart by being fully interactive, inclusive, and stress-free for parents, while shifting the focus of the Halloween season from candy to shared family moments.

    Continued Momentum and Recognition
These two new honors add to a growing list of accolades for Bones Is Back, which has already received recognition from Creative Child Magazine, American Writing Awards, Story Monsters Approved, and the Halloween & Costume Association, among others. Following a successful Kickstarter launch in early 2025 and a strong retail debut last year on Amazon, Bones Is Back continues to gain momentum with families, educators, and retailers nationwide. “We created Bones as a way to bring families closer together—not just during Halloween, but through play and imagination that can last all year,” said Marc Fetscherin, creator of Bones Is Back. “Receiving recognition from both Mom’s Choice Awards and NAPPA is especially meaningful because it validates the values behind the product—kindness, inclusivity, fun, family, creativity, and connection.”

    Availability
