(Nasdaq:ASBP) (“Aspire” or the “Company”), a developer of a multi-faceted patent-pending drug delivery technology, received notice (the “Notice”) on December 11, 2025, from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Hearings Panel”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Hearings Panel has granted the Company’s request to continue its listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market, subject to the Company meeting certain conditions upon transfer of its common stock to The Nasdaq Capital Market, including demonstrating compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Bid Price Rule”) on or before January 30, 2026 and with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the “Equity Rule”) on or before February 17, 2026.
In connection with the Notice, the Company will transfer the listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Select Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market effective as of the opening of business on December 15, 2025. The Company’s common stock will continue to be traded under the symbol “ASBP” and trading of its common stock will be unaffected by this transfer.
