Attic Insulation Expands With Services Aimed At Addressing Gaps And Moisture Issues

    FRESNO, CA – December 17, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno announces that Attic Insulation in Clovis, CA, is expanding its services to address gaps and moisture issues, introducing updated insulation services for residential and commercial properties. The expansion comes at a time when property owners are preparing for colder months, a period when proper attic insulation becomes critical for maintaining energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and cost management. The timing reflects growing local demand from homeowners and businesses seeking practical solutions to prevent heat loss, reduce moisture buildup, and improve overall building performance during seasonal temperature changes.

Recent trends in building maintenance indicate that property owners are increasingly aware of the importance of timely insulation updates. Studies in the construction sector suggest that well-installed attic insulation can reduce heating and cooling costs by up to 25 percent, while also improving indoor comfort and limiting moisture-related damage. The company notes that these benefits are particularly critical as fall approaches, when fluctuating temperatures and changing humidity levels can affect the effectiveness of existing insulation systems.

Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno in Clovis, CA, led by owner Marcus Bennett, explains that the updated insulation services enhance the company’s existing offerings by incorporating advanced materials and application techniques to improve coverage, seal gaps, and manage moisture more effectively. They note that these improvements are particularly relevant in Clovis, CA, where seasonal weather shifts can add stress to both residential and commercial structures. The company states that the expanded services aim to address common challenges faced by property owners, including uneven indoor temperatures, rising energy costs, and potential structural issues caused by inadequate attic insulation.

The expanded attic insulation services focus on practical enhancements rather than complete replacements, allowing property owners to target specific areas of concern while preserving the overall performance of their insulation. The company states that the updated methods provide improved sealing of gaps, better coverage of roof and wall cavities, and enhanced moisture management. They emphasize that these improvements contribute to long-term building durability, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort throughout the colder months.

Marcus Bennett, owner of Supreme Spray Foam- Fresno, commented on the expansion, stating, “As the colder months approach, the condition of attic insulation becomes a central concern for property owners. Our expanded services are designed to address gaps and moisture issues that can affect energy efficiency and comfort. These updates are tailored to the needs of both homeowners and small business owners in Clovis, ensuring that buildings are better prepared for seasonal changes.”

The company notes that the updated services are part of a broader approach to supporting long-term building maintenance and energy management. They explain that attention to attic insulation is increasingly recognized as a key factor in maintaining property value, reducing utility expenses, and limiting moisture and temperature-related structural issues. They state that both residential and commercial property owners benefit from attic insulation services that improve the overall performance of their buildings during seasonal transitions. These attic insulation services also help property owners lower long-term maintenance costs by protecting structures from moisture and temperature-related damage. Improved insulation coverage supports steadier indoor temperatures, reducing energy use and improving comfort during the colder months.

By expanding its attic insulation offerings, Supreme Spray Foam – Fresno aims to provide property owners in Clovis, CA, with practical, data-driven solutions that address seasonal challenges and promote energy efficiency. The company emphasizes that these updates are guided by objective building performance considerations and reflect the needs of the local community as properties prepare for fall and winter.

  • Almost a Third of Office Workers Use Work Devices for Personal Tasks, Survey Finds

    Dublin, IE – December 17, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Nearly one in three office workers in Ireland use their work-issued device for personal activities, according to new survey findings released today by Auxilion. The research highlights a range of everyday workplace behaviours that, taken together, may increase organisational exposure to cybersecurity risks.

The survey of 1,000 office workers aged 18 and over was conducted in July 2025 by Censuswide on behalf of Auxilion and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. It found that 31% of respondents reported using their work device for personal use, while 32% admitted to clicking on a suspicious link or email while at work. The findings point to the continued role of human behaviour in shaping cybersecurity outcomes across organisations.

The research also shows that 22% of office workers have used public Wi-Fi networks to access sensitive company documents. In addition, 26% said they had entered sensitive company or customer information into an artificial intelligence tool, and 33% acknowledged using unauthorised tools to complete work tasks more quickly. Despite this, almost three quarters of respondents, or 73%, expressed confidence in their ability to identify a potential cyber threat.

Password practices emerged as another area of concern. Nearly one in five respondents, or 19%, admitted to sharing their work password with friends or family members, while 14% said they reuse the same password for both work and personal accounts. Although 54% of respondents said they feel confident in their password security, 10% indicated that they do not.

Against this backdrop, almost a quarter of organisations, or 23%, reported experiencing a cybersecurity breach within the past 12 months. The prevalence was highest in the public sector, where 28% of organisations reported a breach over the same period. The survey also found that 23% of office workers did not report a known security breach, even when aware that a cybersecurity incident had occurred.

The findings suggest that awareness initiatives are becoming more common, but gaps remain. More than half of organisations surveyed, 55%, have carried out simulated phishing exercises as a way to increase employee awareness of cyber threats. However, 25% of respondents believe their organisation does not have adequate security and data loss prevention measures in place, and 32% said they do not receive regular cybersecurity training from their employer.

Martin Patterson, Head of Innovation at Auxilion, said the results underline the importance of addressing human factors alongside technical controls. “While it is not unexpected that employees occasionally use work devices for personal tasks, the survey highlights how routine actions can have wider security implications. Activities such as interacting with emails or using AI tools can inadvertently expose organisations to risk if appropriate safeguards and awareness are not in place,” he said.

Patterson added that employee education plays a central role in strengthening organisational resilience. “Human behaviour remains a significant factor in cybersecurity incidents. Ongoing training and clear reporting processes are essential in helping employees recognise and respond to potential threats in a timely manner,” he said.

Auxilion is an Irish IT managed services provider supporting organisations across the public and private sectors.

The survey was conducted in accordance with the Market Research Society code of conduct and ESOMAR principles. Censuswide is also a member of the British Polling Council. The findings are based on responses from office workers in the Republic of Ireland and reflect self-reported behaviours during the course of a typical working year.

  • Survivors of Abuse NY Details Types of Sexual Abuse Cases Handled in New York

Survivors of Abuse NY Details Types of Sexual Abuse Cases Handled in New York

    NEW YORK, NY – December 15, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Survivors of Abuse NY released an overview of the types of sexual abuse cases the organization handles throughout New York. Based in Yonkers, the firm continues to focus on representing survivors in civil actions that hold individuals and institutions accountable for misconduct. The announcement reflects the organization’s commitment to educating the public about the range of abuse claims that can be addressed through the civil justice system and the legal standards that guide those cases.

“Sexual abuse cases can take many forms, but they share the common need for survivors to be heard and for institutions to be held accountable when safeguards fail,” said Thomas Giuffra, Esq., attorney at Survivors of Abuse NY. “Our goal is to ensure that survivors understand the civil options available to them and that the legal process remains accessible, transparent, and sensitive to trauma.”

    Yonkers sexual abuse lawsuits

Sexual abuse litigation in New York covers a broad range of circumstances involving professional, institutional, and personal misconduct. Survivors of Abuse NY represents clients in cases arising from abuse in schools, medical facilities, religious organizations, workplaces, and other environments where authority and trust are central. These cases often involve claims of negligent supervision, failure to report abuse, or violations of mandatory reporting laws. Civil actions may be filed against individual offenders as well as institutions that employed, supervised, or enabled them.

Educational institutions remain a frequent setting for civil sexual abuse claims. Cases may involve teachers, administrators, coaches, or staff members accused of misconduct or negligence. Legal proceedings often examine whether schools properly investigated complaints, implemented policies to prevent abuse, or provided adequate protection for students. When evidence demonstrates that an institution ignored warnings or failed to enforce safeguards, courts may hold that organization liable for damages.

Another major area of litigation involves healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and therapists. These cases focus on the breach of professional boundaries and the abuse of trust inherent in the provider-patient relationship. Courts in New York assess whether institutions maintained appropriate oversight of licensed practitioners and whether hospitals, clinics, or private practices responded properly to complaints. Survivors of Abuse NY handles these matters by reviewing internal policies, licensing histories, and compliance with state medical standards.

Religious and community organizations have also been the subject of numerous civil abuse claims. These cases typically address misconduct by clergy members, volunteers, or employees, as well as institutional failures to report or prevent abuse. Civil actions in this area often lead to greater transparency and policy reform within organizations. By bringing such cases forward, survivors contribute to broader accountability measures that protect others from future harm.

Employment-related sexual abuse cases form another important category of litigation. These claims can involve supervisors, co-workers, or contractors who misuse their authority in the workplace. Civil actions in these instances may include allegations of harassment, assault, or retaliation. Survivors of Abuse NY assists individuals in understanding how workplace abuse can intersect with state and federal laws, including New York’s Human Rights Law, and how those frameworks support survivors pursuing justice.

Youth programs and recreational organizations are also common contexts for abuse claims, particularly where staff or volunteers supervise minors. These cases often center on whether background checks, training, and supervision were properly implemented. Civil litigation in such matters can lead to institutional changes that strengthen oversight and improve reporting systems, helping to ensure safer environments for future participants.

The firm’s approach to representation emphasizes trauma-informed practices designed to respect survivors’ experiences while maintaining the integrity of the legal process. Attorneys at Survivors of Abuse NY collaborate with experts in psychology, investigation, and compliance to ensure cases are handled with precision and care. Clear communication and client autonomy remain essential principles throughout each case, allowing survivors to make informed decisions at every stage of the process.

Legislative reforms have also expanded access to justice for survivors in New York. The Child Victims Act and the Adult Survivors Act extended the time limits for filing claims and created temporary filing windows for previously time-barred cases. These laws have resulted in thousands of survivors bringing forward claims against individuals and institutions, underscoring the significance of having qualified legal guidance in these complex proceedings. Survivors of Abuse NY continues to provide education about these statutes and their impact on current and future litigation.

Attorney Thomas Giuffra, Esq., and the team at Survivors of Abuse NY remain committed to advancing awareness of survivors’ rights and ensuring accountability across all sectors where abuse occurs. Through legal action, public education, and policy engagement, the organization continues to promote fairness, transparency, and institutional reform throughout New York.

  • TruMerit and NAPNAP Team Up to Develop a Global Micro-credential for Pediatric Nursing Care

TruMerit and NAPNAP Team Up to Develop a Global Micro-credential for Pediatric Nursing Care

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA / ACCESS Newswire / December 17, 2025 / TruMerit, a worldwide leader in international credentials evaluation to support health worker careers, and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), The Leader in Pediatric Education for Nurse Practitioners®, have announced they will jointly develop a global micro-credential to help advance the knowledge and skills of the world’s pediatric nursing workforce.

The collaboration aims to improve health outcomes for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults worldwide amid a global shortage of pediatric nurses that is limiting access to evidence-based pediatric care in countries of all income levels. The partners envision that their micro-credential program will be the centerpiece of a larger initiative to engage global stakeholders in educating, assessing, and credentialing the nursing workforce in this specialization.

A micro-credential is a short, competency-based recognition for specific skills, knowledge, or accomplishments that is offered as a more flexible and time-efficient alternative to the coursework tied to a traditional degree. When it becomes available in mid-2026, the NAPNAP micro-credential will be available to first-level, general nurses (RN) in any country who complete a set of online learning modules and pass an examination grounded in evidence-based pediatric nursing fundamentals of care within a global context.

The partnership leverages NAPNAP’s expertise in developing and delivering online educational courses in pediatric nursing, along with TruMerit’s experience in creating assessment tools for healthcare professionals and global standards that support testing and evaluation for specialty credentials.

Under this partnership, both organizations are working with a global team of subject matter experts to develop a competency framework for the coursework, identify instructional content, and create the assessment to validate learning and content mastery. NAPNAP is leading content development while TruMerit is creating the assessment leading to the granting of the micro-credential.

“This is a bold strategy that is driven by NAPNAP’s 50+ years of experience in providing high-quality education to pediatric nurse practitioners,” said James H. Wendorf, NAPNAP’s chief executive officer. “With TruMerit’s expertise in credentialing and extensive global relationships, we look forward to enhancing pediatric clinical knowledge and supporting health care workers around the world to increase child health outcomes.”

“We are thrilled to have this opportunity to bring our expertise to bear on NAPNAP’s efforts to expand pediatric knowledge and skills throughout the world’s nursing workforce. Our success in this endeavor will be a testament to how micro-credentialing can be a powerful force in achieving our shared goals of making the world a better, healthier place for women to have a child and for children to develop in a healthy manner,” said Dr. Peter Preziosi, TruMerit’s President and CEO.

  • The Colossal Foundation Doubles Funding to $100 Million to Prevent Mass Extinctions

The Colossal Foundation Doubles Funding to $100 Million to Prevent Mass Extinctions

Non-profit arm of the de-extinction company secures an additional $50 million, expands global projects and partnerships, and releases its inaugural Impact Report detailing progress in the fight against species extinction.

DALLAS, TX / ACCESS Newswire / December 17, 2025 / The Colossal Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of Colossal Biosciences, today announced it has secured an additional $50 million in funding, bringing its total capital to $100 million since launching just over a year ago.The Foundation also released its inaugural Impact Report detailing the progress and measurable conservation outcomes from this past year. Established to deploy Colossal’s breakthrough de-extinction technologies to the front lines of the biodiversity crisis, the Foundation scales and accelerates partner-led efforts to protect wildlife, restore ecosystems, and build a resilient genetic safety net for species worldwide.

In its inaugural year, the Foundation launched dozens of projects spanning six continents, supporting more than 40 species while collaborating with over 55 conservation, Indigenous, and academic organizations. The new funding will expand global conservation programs focused on critically endangered species, genetic rescue, wildlife monitoring, and species reintroduction efforts.

“In just 12 months, we’ve doubled the Colossal Foundation’s funding, allowing us to massively expand our partners and projects-and deliver immediate impact for conservation,” said Ben Lamm, Colossal CEO and co-founder. “As our technology advances, our role is clear: move these tools into the hands of those on the front lines of biodiversity loss, and scale conservation innovation fast enough to matter.”

With global wildlife populations declining nearly 70% and extinction rates exceeding natural levels by more than 100-fold, the Foundation’s expansion addresses a biodiversity funding gap exceeding $700 billion annually.

“Traditional conservation remains essential but is no longer sufficient on its own. We are at a critical moment that demands seeing de-extinction and breakthrough biotechnologies not as fringe concepts, but as frontline strategies in the fight for biodiversity,” said Matt James, Executive Director of the Colossal Foundation.

    Major First-Year Achievements

The Foundation’s 2025 Impact Report highlights breakthrough advances including cloning the world’s first red “ghost” wolves to restore genetic diversity to America’s most endangered canid; accelerating the world’s first mRNA vaccine for elephant endotheliotropic herpesvirus (EEHV); two elephants at the Cincinnati Zoo were vaccinated and later exposed to EEHV, recovering without signs of illness; deploying AI-powered acoustic monitoring across Yellowstone to decode wolf communication; launching the Species Reintroduction Fund in partnership with Re:wild, supporting six flagship species across six countries; and committing $3 million to engineer chytrid-resistant amphibians in response to the deadliest wildlife pandemic in vertebrate history.

“This is the most detailed acoustic study of wild wolves ever conducted, and it’s only the beginning,” said Dan Stahler of the Yellowstone Wolf Project.

“I have witnessed elephants battle EEHV and have even lost a juvenile elephant that was under my care,” said Matt James. “To be able to get a vaccine into the world that can stop this senseless loss means everything to me. This is why I joined Colossal.”

Building on its secured $100 million, the Colossal Foundation will continue raising additional reserves to launch new projects and scale impact across more species over the next decade.

SMX Reaps the Value of Building What Modern Markets Have Been Demanding

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / December 17, 2025 / SMX’s violent move was never about price charts. It was about a thesis. And how SMX (NASDAQ:SMX) knows it can work.

Transparency without reliance on trust. Verification without intermediaries. Systems that function on proof rather than belief. For more than a decade, global markets have talked about delivering that vision at scale. Countless frameworks, standards, and reporting regimes later, the ambition remains intact, but execution has struggled to escape theory.

That is where SMX enters the conversation. Not as a digital platform chasing attention. But rather a physical verification system that delivers something markets have been missing for years. Verifiable truth (PROOF) that does not depend on declarations, paperwork, or centralized assurances. This time, the verification happens where it always mattered most, in the physical economy.

The Missing Link Markets Could Never Solve on Paper

Digital systems are excellent at preserving records. They are far less effective at validating inputs. That has always been the blind spot. Whether the issue is supply chains, sustainability claims, or material provenance, the weakness has never been recordkeeping. It has been origin. If the data entering a system cannot be independently verified, transparency becomes performative.

SMX addresses that gap by assigning identity at the material level. Plastics, metals, textiles, and other physical inputs carry embedded verification. The data recorded downstream is no longer a claim. It is a reflection of something that can be tested, traced, and proven in the real world.

This is the bridge modern markets needed but could not construct on their own.

    Transparency Without Theater

Markets claim to dislike middlemen, yet they have quietly tolerated substitutes. Auditors. Certifiers. Validators. Each one reintroduces dependence on third parties, even when systems claim objectivity.

SMX removes that dependency by making the material itself the source of truth. Verification is not applied after the fact. It exists from inception. That single shift changes the entire trust model.

Instead of asking whether information can be trusted, the system assumes it must be proven. That mindset aligns with how capital actually moves. No persuasion required when the system enforces reality.

The Plastic Cycle Token Is Utility, Not Narrative

Discussion often turns to the Plastic Cycle Token, and this is where confusion tends to arise.

The Plastic Cycle Token is not designed to generate attention or be treated as a meme token. It is designed to price verification. It creates a measurable, transferable unit tied to provable circularity rather than aspirational sustainability.

Functionally, it operates as a settlement instrument for verified outcomes. It assigns value to results that can be independently confirmed. It does not exist to convince markets. It exists to resolve them.

That distinction matters in an environment saturated with claims that collapse under scrutiny.

Why This Resonates With Market Veterans

Experienced market participants have long understood a simple truth. Transparency without enforcement is cosmetic.

SMX introduces enforcement without centralized control. Identity is not governed by authority. It is embedded in the object itself. Participation does not rely on belief. It relies on compliance with physical reality.

That is why SMX feels intuitive to those who have seen cycles come and go. Verification beats reputation. Proof beats promise. Systems outperform stories.

In an unexpected way, SMX validates what markets have always demanded but rarely received.

    Physical Truth Meets Digital Settlement

For years, industries have tried to digitize everything from commodities to environmental credits. Most efforts stalled because the underlying assets were never verifiable at the source.

SMX changes that equation. When physical materials carry identity, digital settlement becomes functional instead of theoretical. Records gain meaning because what they represent can be tested and enforced.

This extends far beyond plastics. Metals. Textiles. Industrial inputs. Anywhere provenance matters and trust has historically been assumed rather than proven.

Markets do not need more abstractions. They need better anchors to reality.

Why Markets Paid Attention So Quickly

SMX’s recent market activity attracted attention across multiple sectors. The movement itself is not the story. The reason behind it is.

Markets do not reprice ideology. They reprice utility. When a system appears that delivers verification at scale, incentives align rapidly. Regulation, enterprise adoption, and capital markets are converging on the same solution.

Infrastructure does not arrive gradually. It arrives all at once, and markets move fast to adjust.

SMX did not chase acceptance. It delivered outcomes and let the system speak.

A Quiet Victory for First Principles

Now, within a landscape crowded with narratives, SMX represents something rare. A system that does not need one. It does not argue for transparency. It enforces it. It does not promise trust. It removes the need for it. It does not rely on belief. It relies on proof.

What SMX has built is not a narrative upgrade. It is a structural correction. When systems stop debating trust and start enforcing proof, markets respond accordingly. In this case, markets and stakeholders appear to like what they see. Or better said, have tested and validated.

    About SMX

As global businesses face new and complex challenges relating to carbon neutrality and meeting new governmental and regional regulations and standards, SMX is able to offer players along the value chain access to its marking, tracking, measuring and digital platform technology to transition more successfully to a low-carbon economy.
