Replacing outdated or inefficient windows can improve a home’s comfort, value, and energy efficiency. New windows can help lower energy bills, enhance indoor spaces, and boost curb appeal, although results depend on installation quality and usage. For many Lowcountry families, window replacement represents a significant investment in their property’s long-term performance and aesthetic appeal.

The new framework addresses the rapid shift in consumer search behavior as more homeowners turn to AI assistants for immediate service recommendations.

The framework represents a strategic evolution in digital marketing services, recognizing that traditional search engine optimization alone no longer guarantees visibility in an increasingly AI-driven marketplace. Home improvement contractors face unique challenges as consumers rely on AI platforms to make split-second recommendations for urgent service needs, from emergency plumbing repairs to HVAC system replacements.

    Zambuki AI Generative Optimization Service

Zambuki in St Petersburg Florida has identified critical factors that influence how AI systems evaluate and recommend local service providers. The framework addresses each of these elements through a systematic approach that ensures contractors maintain optimal visibility across multiple AI platforms.

“The landscape of local service discovery has fundamentally changed with the rise of AI assistants,” said Alex Zalamov, founder of Zambuki. “Home improvement contractors who fail to optimize for AI visibility risk losing significant market share to competitors who understand these new ranking factors. The comprehensive framework includes initial audits of existing digital presence, implementation of AI-friendly content structures, continuous monitoring of performance across AI platforms, and regular adjustments based on algorithm updates. Additionally, Zambuki provides training programs to help contractors understand the evolving digital landscape and adapt their business practices accordingly.

The timing of this launch corresponds with data showing that over 60 percent of consumers now use AI-powered tools as their first point of contact when seeking home services. “We developed this ai search optimization service specifically for the home improvement industry because these businesses operate in highly competitive local markets where immediate visibility can mean the difference between securing a project or losing it to a competitor,” added Zalamov. “The framework provides a roadmap for contractors to establish authority with AI systems while maintaining their traditional digital presence.”

The framework also addresses the challenge of maintaining consistent business information across multiple platforms, a factor that significantly impacts AI recommendations. By ensuring accuracy and consistency in business listings, service descriptions, and operational details, contractors can improve their chances of being recommended by AI assistants.

  • Integrative Health Miami Advances Wellness Through Innovative Functional Medicine Care

Integrative Health Miami Advances Wellness Through Innovative Functional Medicine Care

    November 12, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Integrative Health Miami maintains its commitment to patient-centered treatment for Florida residents seeking a functional medicine doctor in Miami.

Dr. Yeisel Barquin, a board-certified internal medicine physician, oversees the clinic, which integrates traditional medical knowledge with a functional medicine approach. The clinic, located at 2655 S Le Jeune Rd, Suite 902, focuses on preventive measures, lifestyle factors, and personalized treatment programs created in conjunction with patients to enhance overall health.

A functional medicine doctor consulting with a patient in a clinic.

Dr. Barquin is an Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM)–Certified Practitioner (2024) and IFM member, underscoring the clinic’s commitment to evidence-informed functional medicine within a conventional medical framework. As a member of this respected network, Dr. Barquin aims to continue to improve the practice of functional medicine in Florida.

Functional medicine is gaining recognition for its focus on how genetics, the environment, and lifestyle affect health. It is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional medicine. This approach typically involves evaluating nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep quality, and environmental exposures in addition to traditional diagnostic assessments. Patients who pursue functional medicine often seek a more comprehensive view of their health beyond symptom management alone.

Dr. Barquin and her colleagues work closely with each patient to create individualized care plans based on the patient’s specific health conditions, preferences, and goals. The clinic strives to assist patients by offering information, early detection measures, and continued involvement in their healthcare journey.

Integrative Health Miami provides a wide range of services to meet a variety of healthcare requirements. Women’s health treatments include help with hormonal balance, reproductive health, and menopause management. Men’s health programs focus on physical, mental, and emotional fitness. Weight management programs promote long-term lifestyle practices that are suited to each individual’s needs. Behavioral health services address the link between mental and physical health.

In addition to these programs, Integrative Health Miami also provides physician-supervised peptide therapy, provided in accordance with applicable federal and Florida regulations; in some cases, this may involve FDA-approved medications, alongside internal medicine consultations, obesity and weight loss treatments, and executive medicine. Beyond Miami, FL, Integrative Health Miami serves several other areas in Florida, including Aventura, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Pinecrest, and South Miami.

Integrative Health Miami offers in-person and remote consultations, making it accessible to both local patients in Miami and those throughout Florida. Executive Medicine offers comprehensive, time-efficient evaluations and ongoing care, with flexible scheduling for busy professionals.

Many patients in Miami recognize Dr. Barquin for her thorough and attentive approach, which involves reviewing clinical information alongside lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, sleep, and environmental influences. The clinic’s foremost goal is to equip patients with the knowledge and resources needed for their health management.

The rise in interest in functional medicine reflects a broader nationwide trend toward preventive and holistic care models. Florida law does not formally recognize functional medicine as a medical specialty. However, licensed physicians like Dr. Barquin may integrate functional medicine approaches within their scope of practice, so long as treatments remain medically appropriate and prioritize patient safety.

Integrative Health Miami positions itself as a medical home for both routine and complex care needs, emphasizing long-term monitoring, prevention, and coordinated treatment. By addressing lifestyle and clinical factors together, the practice supports a comprehensive picture of health that patients can apply in their daily lives.

The clinic is located at 2655 S Le Jeune Rd, Suite 902, Miami, FL 33134. To schedule appointments, call Integrative Health Miami at (305) 456-6026 or visit https://integrativehealthmiami.com.

  • In Home Flooring Emphasizes Professional Carpet Solutions for Denver’s Unique Climate Challenges

In Home Flooring Emphasizes Professional Carpet Solutions for Denver’s Unique Climate Challenges

    DENVER, CO – November 13, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

In Home Flooring, a Denver-based flooring specialist, is highlighting the importance of professional carpet installation and maintenance services specifically designed to address the environmental challenges faced by Colorado homeowners. The company’s comprehensive approach to carpet flooring addresses issues ranging from high-altitude drying conditions to seasonal weather impacts that affect carpet longevity and indoor air quality.

Colorado’s distinctive climate presents specific challenges for carpet maintenance that many homeowners may not fully recognize. The state’s dry climate and high altitude create conditions where allergens, dust mites, and bacteria can become deeply embedded in carpet fibers, potentially affecting respiratory health and indoor air quality. These environmental factors require specialized knowledge and techniques for both installation and ongoing maintenance.

    In Home Flooring

“Many Denver residents don’t realize how significantly our unique climate impacts their carpet flooring,” said Jillian Rowe, Senior Flooring Consultant at In Home Flooring. “The combination of low humidity, intense UV exposure, and dramatic temperature fluctuations creates conditions that can accelerate carpet wear and compromise indoor air quality if not properly addressed through professional installation and maintenance.”

The company’s carpet installation services encompass a range of options designed to meet diverse residential and commercial needs throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Each carpet style and material is selected for durability and performance in Colorado’s environment. The installation team utilizes specialized techniques and precision measurements to ensure optimal fit and long-lasting performance, taking into account the varying microclimates and specific challenges faced by different neighborhoods.

Pre-installation assessments form a critical component of the company’s service approach. These thorough evaluations identify potential issues such as subfloor irregularities or moisture concerns that could affect carpet performance. This proactive approach helps prevent common problems that can arise from Colorado’s environmental conditions, including premature wear, buckling, and mold growth.

Beyond installation, In Home Flooring in Denver provides comprehensive guidance on maintenance schedules optimized for local conditions. Recommendations for professional cleaning frequency are tailored based on factors such as pet ownership, allergy concerns, and traffic patterns. This customized approach helps homeowners maintain their carpet investments while ensuring healthy indoor environments.

The company maintains an extensive inventory of flooring options beyond carpet, including hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, tile, and area rugs. This diverse selection allows customers to choose flooring solutions that best suit their specific needs and environmental considerations. Both in-studio and in-home consultations are available to accommodate varying customer preferences and schedules, with flexible financing options making quality flooring accessible to a broader range of homeowners.

In Home Flooring has established itself as a trusted resource for Denver-area residents seeking flooring solutions that stand up to Colorado’s challenging environmental conditions. The company’s focus on expert installation, superior craftsmanship, and attention to detail ensures that each flooring project is completed to the highest standards. • Simpson Plumbing Expands Water Heater Replacement Services for Greater Efficiency

Simpson Plumbing Expands Water Heater Replacement Services for Greater Efficiency

    CAMAS, WA – November 12, 2025 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Homeowners in Camas can now access professional and reliable Water Heater Replacement solutions as Simpson Plumbing LLC, owned by Bethanie Anderson, expands its plumbing services to the region. The company’s service expansion focuses on helping households improve water efficiency, system reliability, and long-term home performance. As older water systems continue to age, the need for timely replacements has grown, allowing homeowners to prevent leaks, reduce waste, and ensure consistent water pressure throughout their homes.

The expansion reflects an increasing demand among Camas residents for durable, high-performing plumbing systems that support both comfort and sustainability. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the average home wastes nearly 10,000 gallons of water each year due to leaks and inefficient plumbing. Much of this loss comes from aging or deteriorated water lines that can quietly drain resources and raise monthly utility bills. Water Heater Replacement, when done at the right time, eliminates these inefficiencies and protects property value.

Professional Water Heater Replacement in Camas, WA

As the seasons shift, fall provides an ideal opportunity for homeowners to replace or upgrade water systems. During this time, water use typically declines, and the moderate weather allows plumbers to complete projects efficiently without interruptions from freezing temperatures. Addressing plumbing concerns before winter also reduces the risk of pipe bursts and water pressure fluctuations that often occur in colder months. A well-timed replacement in the fall helps homeowners enter the winter season with peace of mind and a system built to handle temperature changes without issue.

For residential properties, Water Heater Replacement offers lasting benefits beyond immediate performance improvements. Replacing outdated or corroded water lines ensures that clean water flows more freely, improving both water quality and household safety. New plumbing materials are also designed to resist corrosion, reducing the likelihood of future leaks. With modern systems in place, homeowners experience steadier water pressure, better appliance efficiency, and lower repair costs over time. These upgrades contribute to a more sustainable and dependable home environment, aligning with growing community goals for resource conservation in Camas.

Experts in the plumbing industry consistently highlight the importance of replacing old systems before they fail. The American Water Works Association (AWWA) reports that much of the nation’s water infrastructure is over 50 years old, with some homes still relying on galvanized or outdated piping. Delaying replacement can lead to costly emergency repairs, water damage, and health concerns related to pipe corrosion. In contrast, proactive upgrades extend system longevity, improve performance, and significantly reduce the need for future maintenance.

“Expanding our Water Heater Replacement services to Camas allows us to help more homeowners prepare their plumbing systems for long-term reliability,” said Bethanie Anderson, owner of Simpson Plumbing LLC. “Fall is the right time to assess and replace aging water lines before colder weather sets in. Our goal is to make sure every home we service has a dependable and efficient water system that supports daily living without waste or worry.”

The benefits of Water Heater Replacement extend beyond convenience. Modern plumbing systems contribute to water conservation efforts by minimizing hidden leaks and inefficiencies. Replacing outdated infrastructure also enhances the performance of household fixtures, such as faucets, showers, and water heaters, which rely on stable pressure and clean water delivery. In a city like Camas, where residential growth continues, investing in updated water systems helps maintain infrastructure integrity and prevents overuse of community water resources.

Timing and accessibility are also key factors when planning a replacement project. Fall’s mild weather allows technicians to work efficiently and reduces the disruption that can come from major home upgrades. By scheduling Water Heater Replacement before winter, homeowners avoid complications caused by frozen ground and limited availability of plumbing materials. Proper planning ensures a smoother installation process and allows for thorough inspections of surrounding components, such as shut-off valves and connections, to confirm system integrity.

For many homeowners, the decision to replace water lines is both a preventive measure and a long-term investment. A new system can last for decades with minimal maintenance, protecting the property from potential leaks and ensuring steady water delivery. The project also adds value to a home by modernizing its internal infrastructure, an appealing feature for future buyers. In addition, updated water systems often contribute to lower insurance risks, as newer plumbing reduces the chance of costly water damage claims.

With its expansion into Camas, Simpson Plumbing LLC continues to serve local communities with dependable, high-quality plumbing solutions built on years of experience. The company’s technicians are trained to assess each property individually, offering solutions that improve efficiency and long-term reliability. By focusing on preventive upgrades and customer education, the company aims to help residents take proactive steps toward sustainable home maintenance.

Homeowners in Camas interested in upgrading or replacing their water systems are encouraged to schedule an inspection before the winter season begins. The newly expanded Water Heater Replacement services provide an opportunity to improve home performance, reduce waste, and ensure system dependability for years to come. Residents can contact Simpson Plumbing to learn more about service availability, project timing, and recommendations for protecting their plumbing throughout the colder months.

  • Boomerang Ventures Makes Seed-Stage Investment in SynchNeuro to Advance Brain-Based Non-Invasive Glucose Monitoring Technology

Boomerang Ventures Makes Seed-Stage Investment in SynchNeuro to Advance Brain-Based Non-Invasive Glucose Monitoring Technology

SynchNeuro is a Portfolio Company of Boomerang Ventures

INDIANAPOLIS, IN / ACCESS Newswire / November 12, 2025 / Boomerang Ventures adds SynchNeuro, Inc. to its portfolio of seed-stage investments, backing the pioneering neurotechnology company’s development of the world’s first brain-based, non-invasive continuous glucose monitor. The investment supports SynchNeuro’s mission to revolutionize cardiometabolic health monitoring through EEG-based technology that interprets brain signals to track blood glucose levels and other vital health metrics in real time.

With Boomerang Ventures’ strategic partnership and funding, SynchNeuro is accelerating the development of its breakthrough Cardiometabolic Advisor system. The wearable sensor – discreetly placed behind the ear – decodes brainwave data using advanced machine learning algorithms, enabling users to monitor not only blood sugar but also sleep, stress, and activity levels, creating a holistic view of their cardiometabolic health.

“The brain is the richest data source imaginable, and until now, it’s been largely untapped as a window into our body’s health,” said Dr. Casey Halpern, Founder & Chairman of SynchNeuro. “At SynchNeuro, we’re leveraging the brain’s own electrical signals to provide a real-time, proactive understanding of cardiometabolic function, empowering people to make informed lifestyle decisions and take control of their health.”

    Addressing a Growing Health Crisis

Prediabetes and Type 2 (non-insulin treated) diabetes affect more than 125 million Americans (prediabetes number + type 2 non-insulin number), costing the U.S. healthcare system nearly $200 billion annually (type 2 diabetes; assumptions made related to insulin needs + prediabetes). Yet millions lack access to affordable, proactive monitoring tools and guidance. SynchNeuro aims to fill this gap with a needle-free, rechargeable, and low-cost alternative to traditional continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), which are reactive, expensive, and often inaccessible for early-stage diabetes patients.

Dr. Halpern notes that SynchNeuro’s technology is not only pain-free but also predictive, “Because the brain has predictive capabilities, our system provides a morning blood sugar forecast and personalized lifestyle guidance for the day – something no existing solution offers.”

    Innovation and Investment Aligned

Building on over a decade of academic research from Stanford University, SynchNeuro’s technology interprets EEG signals to assess glucose fluctuations, heart rate variability, sleep quality, and activity levels. In early proof-of-concept testing, the company achieved accuracy levels that already meet FDA thresholds for glucose monitors, demonstrating the potential for clinical-grade performance in a fully non-invasive device.

“SynchNeuro is a remarkable example of how neuroscience and artificial intelligence can converge to create life-changing health technologies,” said Oscar Moralez, Founder & Managing Partner of Boomerang Ventures. “Their focus on translating complex science into accessible, everyday solutions embodies the spirit of innovation we champion at Boomerang.”

Momentum Builds with Plug and Play Lifetech Selection

Adding to its recent milestones, SynchNeuro was selected to join the inaugural Lifetech Batch at Plug and Play in Indianapolis, a globally recognized innovation accelerator connecting startups with investors, mentors, and Fortune 500 corporations.

The Plug and Play Lifetech program provides tailored mentorship, business development opportunities, and access to industry leaders in healthcare, digital health, and biotechnology – all aimed at helping startups refine strategy and bring breakthrough technologies to market. SynchNeuro’s selection reflects the novelty, clinical relevance, and commercial potential of its brain-based health monitoring platform.

“Being part of Plug and Play’s first Lifetech program in Indianapolis is an incredible opportunity to collaborate with top minds in healthcare innovation and connect with potential strategic partners,” said Halpern. “It reinforces the growing excitement around non-invasive, brain-driven health technology.”

Building the Future of Proactive Health Monitoring

Over the next 12 to 18 months, SynchNeuro will continue developing its long-term vision to become the go-to platform for cardiometabolic health management – expanding over time into adjacent areas such as cardiac health, mental wellness, and sleep optimization.

“Our goal is to make health monitoring accessible, proactive, and empowering for everyone,” said Halpern. “We’re just beginning to unlock the brain’s potential to guide how we live healthier lives.”

    About NanoViricides

NanoViricides, Inc. (the “Company”) (www.nanoviricides.com) is a clinical stage company that is creating special purpose nanomaterials for antiviral therapy. The Company’s novel nanoviricide™ class of drug candidates and the nanoviricide™ technology are based on intellectual property, technology and proprietary know-how of TheraCour Pharma, Inc. The Company has a Memorandum of Understanding with TheraCour for the development of drugs based on these technologies for all antiviral infections. The MoU does not include cancer and similar diseases that may have viral origin but require different kinds of treatments.

The Company has obtained broad, exclusive, sub-licensable, field licenses to drugs developed in several licensed fields from TheraCour Pharma, Inc. The Company’s business model is based on licensing technology from TheraCour Pharma Inc. for specific application verticals of specific viruses, as established at its foundation in 2005.

Our lead drug candidate is NV-387, a broad-spectrum antiviral drug that we plan to develop as a treatment of RSV, COVID, Long COVID, Influenza, and other respiratory viral infections, as well as MPOX/Smallpox infections. Our other advanced drug candidate is NV-HHV-1 for the treatment of Shingles. The Company cannot project an exact date for filing an IND for any of its drugs because of dependence on a number of external collaborators and consultants. The Company is currently focused on advancing NV-387 into Phase II human clinical trials.

NV-CoV-2 (API NV-387) is our nanoviricide drug candidate for COVID-19 that does not encapsulate remdesivir. NV-CoV-2-R is our other drug candidate for COVID-19 that is made up of NV-387 with remdesivir encapsulated within its polymeric micelles. The Company believes that since remdesivir is already US FDA approved, our drug candidate encapsulating remdesivir is likely to be an approvable drug, if safety is comparable. Remdesivir is developed by Gilead. The Company has developed both of its own drug candidates NV-CoV-2 and NV-CoV-2-R independently.

The Company is also developing drugs against a number of viral diseases including oral and genital Herpes, viral diseases of the eye including EKC and herpes keratitis, H1N1 swine flu, H5N1 bird flu, seasonal Influenza, HIV, Hepatitis C, Rabies, Dengue fever, and Ebola virus, among others. NanoViricides’ platform technology and programs are based on the TheraCour® nanomedicine technology of TheraCour, which TheraCour licenses from AllExcel. NanoViricides holds a worldwide exclusive perpetual license to this technology for several drugs with specific targeting mechanisms in perpetuity for the treatment of the following human viral diseases: Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV/AIDS), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Rabies, Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV-1 and HSV-2), Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV), Influenza and Asian Bird Flu Virus, Dengue viruses, Japanese Encephalitis virus, West Nile Virus, Ebola/Marburg viruses, and certain Coronaviruses. The Company intends to obtain a license for RSV, Poxviruses, and/or Enteroviruses if the initial research is successful. As is customary, the Company must state the risk factor that the path to typical drug development of any pharmaceutical product is extremely lengthy and requires substantial capital. As with any drug development efforts by any company, there can be no assurance at this time that any of the Company’s pharmaceutical candidates would show sufficient effectiveness and safety for human clinical development. Further, there can be no assurance at this time that successful results against coronavirus in our lab will lead to successful clinical trials or a successful pharmaceutical product.
